In the 2006 Lebanon War, an "israeli" Occupation Forces (iOF) Northern Commander recommended, and had approved the application of a military strategy that would target and destroy an entire civilian area rather than fight to overtake fortified positions one by one. 

The name of that war criminal is Gadi Eisenkot, the same war criminal overseeing the 2023 Gaza Genocide in the iOF war cabinet.

The doctrine did away with the effort to distinguish between militant and civilian, using an overwhelming display of force through indiscriminate airstrikes and bombings to destroy entire civilian quarters.

The strategy itself calls for the deliberate targeting of civilians and civilian infrastructure in order to induce suffering and severe distress throughout the targeted population. Anyone can read the IOF military doctrine. It’s the same strategy they are using now. This is just a repeat in history on a more insane intense scale.

The doctrine has been criticized for its potential to cause high civilian casualties and for being a form of collective punishment. It reflects a shift in Israeli military strategy towards using overwhelming force, and has been a subject of controversy and debate in the context of international law and human rights.

In fact the only military force that uses human shields, documented and investigated, is the IOF . Not any human shield, they use Palestinian children as human shields.

Their strategy has always been indiscriminate bombing of civilians.

If that’s not enough, the IOF also harvested organs without consent from civilians they have murdered recently and/or civilians they have abducted, murdered them then harvested their organs. The IOF have even admitted to it back in 2009.
